OUR WINES

AN EXCEPTIONAL TERROIR

The history of wine is the history of civilisation. The vine is a plant of Mediterranean origin that was originally found in the wild. From the moment that man learned to master wine-making, it gradually spread to the whole planet and to all civilisations. From the end of Antiquity, Gallic wine was already being exported. The first wine classification dates back to the 1st century AD! The invention of the bottle in the 17th century revolutionised wine storage and oenology became a way of life.

Today, half the countries in the world produce wine, but France stands out for its terroirs, its exceptional vineyards and the magic of its wines. Wine loosens tongues, calms stress and pain, soothes the mind, flatters the imagination, nourishes creativity and sociability.

One chooses one’s wine as one chooses a friend… Thus, Lombrelle wines are made in France on one of the most prestigious areas of Provence: the Var coast between the hills and the Mediterranean Sea, where the vines are bathed in sunshine and perfumed by a sea air that is conducive to the development of exceptional wines. It is here, on the peninsula of Saint Tropez surrounded by the sea that the vines stretch from the hills of Gassin to the beaches of Ramatuelle.

Our wines express the terroirs of Provence, aromatic and elegant.
